Send your document ahead — we will tell you exactly what to bring, the correct stamp paper value and the prescribed fee, so one visit at the chambers is enough. Same-day digital copy, original couriered.
Notarisation itself requires you to sign in person before the Notary. Everything before and after that step can be handled online.
How the document check works
Four steps, one visit

Send it ahead
Send a clear photograph or scan of your document by WhatsApp or through the form. Nothing is notarised at this stage.

We check it
The document is checked for completeness, correct stamp paper value, missing pages or annexures, name and spelling consistency against your ID, and whether notarisation is the right step at all — or whether registration, apostille or a different document is what you actually need.
- 03
You come once
You receive a message confirming exactly what to bring, the prescribed fee, and a time slot. Notarisation requires you to sign in person before the Notary. That visit is usually a few minutes.
- 04
You get it back
A scanned copy is sent the same day. The original is collected or couriered.
What we cannot do online
Notarisation requires personal appearance under the Notaries Act, 1952. There is currently no statutory framework in India for remote online notarisation.
Any service claiming to notarise an Indian document without the signatory appearing carries a real risk that the document is later challenged — which matters most when the document is the one you most need to rely on.
If you are outside India, the correct route is execution before an Indian Mission abroad, or apostille. That process can be advised on entirely online.

Payment details are shared directly at the time of service. We never ask for payment to an account listed on a website or sent by an unknown number.
